Methods of Food Preparation Used
Instant Cooked meals, where fresh quality ingredients and raw material are used to prepare and cook meals in large quantities that are kept heated and displayed in Bain-Maries for direct consumption.
Cook/Chilled meals, are prepared with the freshest quality ingredients, cooked to perfection, then rapidly chilled and held at below 3°C. Meals are maintained at this temperature and stored in bulk stainless steel trays, which are placed in specially designed trolleys for direct transportation to the cool rooms via our fleet of refrigerated vehicles.
